As concerns increase around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact, Mindmatrix has taken several steps to address the safety and needs of our employees and you, our valued clients.
First, all business operations currently continue. And while we do not anticipate any significant disruption in the near future, the situation remains fluid and is being monitored daily. Our teams are working from home over the next few weeks to ensure their safety and well-being.
Second, we have enabled all of our support and services teams so that they may continue to handle your questions, concerns and tasks while working remotely. During this time our teams will continue to keep you apprised of all updates to open/active tickets.
Additionally, all other departments within Mindmatrix have also been enabled, remain fully functional and are available as necessary.
