Mindmatrix grows exponentially in 2018 and is better poised to offer support to different sales models

Leading sales and channel enablement company, Mindmatrix, announced a growth of over 100% in the year ending December, 2018. In the past year, Mindmatrix acquired almost a 150 new clients, added over 15 new features to its sales enablement software, introduced a new service line for its MSP customer segment and expanded its office space significantly. By the end of 2018, Mindmatrix emerged as the ONLY solution to allow customers to manage all of their sales channels (direct and indirect) from one, single platform.

One of Mindmatrix’s key enhancements in 2018 includes Salesforce Community Add-ons that enable customers already using Salesforce Community Cloud (PRM) to leverage it better with Mindmatrix’s 20+ Channel Sales and Marketing Enablement functions. The Salesforce Community Add-ons allow Mindmatrix users to access powerful channel and sales enablement tools such as playbooks, training and certification, asset management, lead, sales and partner reporting and much more, right from their existing Salesforce Community Portal.

Mindmatrix was declared a ‘Rising Star’ by Destination CRM in The 2018 Market Awards. Mindmatrix shared the prestigious title with other industry leaders including LinkedIn, Urban Airship, and Freshworks. Mindmatrix was chosen for the consistent and innovative updates that it made to its channel and sales enablement platform in 2018. Mindmatrix also launched a new service line, Mindmatrix content packages, to help its core customer group, MSPs/IT service providers, effectively meet their marketing and sales content needs. This new service line was in addition to the content already provided as part of the existing and popular MSP Advantage Program. Mindmatrix’s other innovations in the year included the Leaderboard feature, e-contract signing, Google Calendar integration and voice integration.
